Domino`s in Toney

This location was not only quick with making my order but they were also very efficient with it and the employees we're very friendly. The restaurant was clean and clear of any clutter or mess. My family will definitely be ordering from this location again.

Wow!! I love this app! Easy to use and very quick. I love the point system and that you can choose what u want after so many points. They also have more than just pizza. I just love it.

I’ve never experienced such awe full sales deal as the one I did just a few days ago. Sales people was rude and disrespectful. They basically wanted me to buy a vehicle that was 71.68% of my annual salary and found that to exceptionally a great deal. They refused to help get the car out the door. Would not help pay tag, tax or title or gap insurance. I’ll never buy from this dealership as they do not honor a repeated valued customer. BTW, none of the sales guys are wearing mask .

Ordered two pizzas from this location and both were HORRIBLE. One was a pan, light sauce, extra cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers. I got almost no cheese, what seemed like extra sauce and the signature “toppings to the edge” was 2 inches of exposed crust. I had already gotten home when I realized it was inedible so I ordered another one from the closer location. The correct pizza is on the left the thing they called a pizza is on the right. It was obviously not even made in a pan if you look at how the crust is formed. The thin crust I received was supposed to have light sauce but had no sauce and in some places not even cheese. This is the WORST dominos experience I’ve ever had.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY. IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. I ORDERED ON 6/12 PAID ONLINE WITH A CC. I SENT MY HUSBAND TO THE DOOR TO SIGN FOR THE PIZZA. HE IS NOT A TIP GIVING PERSON. I'M USUALLY THE ONE WHO LEAVES THE TIP. SO I CHECK MY ACCOUNT AND THE DRIVER TOOK HIS OWN TIP OFF MY CARD.

I love Domino's because they deliver. Sometimes the pizza is really good and sometimes it nasty. They really try to do a good job. The employees are helpful and nice. I recommend Domino's for fast food and fast delivery. That's good enough for me.

IveI been to a lot of Domino's over the years.This store is GREAT! Whether it's at the store for pickup or delivery the employees are always kind,quick and alway get my order right.Very thankful we have a store close by now.Keep up the good work!

My order was wrong. Pizza was made wrong and charged me for a sauce I never got

Food is always fresh and on time but they always forget the extra sause we pay for almost ever time fix this issue and I'd give it a 4.5 stars

Fairly consistent Domino's experience. There have been a few times at this location where things have been off. I've had them not put the crusting topping on a few times now, which result in their crust tasting like cardboard due to lack of flavor. On more than one occasion the pizza hasn't been cut all the way or at all. Domino's if you're reading, give me the option to have your habanero mango sauce from your wings put in a pizza. It's heavenly!

This was probably the best pizza, sandwich and bacon jalapeño cheesy bread we have ever had delivered from this location. If 10 stars weee possible they would get 11!

Love! Love! Love! Domino's on Hwy 53 in Toney. They always take care of us! On the rare occasion they forget sauces or something they insist on going back to the store to get them & still credit our account. We eat there at least once a week sometimes more & we've NEVER had any probs or issues. Everyone has always been kind & courteous! We definitely recommend this particular Domino's! Thanks guys!!

We order from here more often than I'd like to admit. Lol. There for a while, each time we ordered, the order would not be right. That was about 8 months ago. Since then, we haven't had an issue. The delivery is always really quick and the drivers have all been super nice to us and our ferocious (😂) dogs that run out to greet them.

Did order on-line and picked up at the window, very fast for a Friday night

I Usually have a good experience here but Idk what happened tonight, I don’t leave reviews on places but this is the 2nd time at this store. It don’t take much to satisfy me.. anyways they Left my delivery at the wrong house , my neighbor brought it over and said he come out and it was on his steps with ants on it. The food was cold and My pizza was not even cut, literally. Which is fine , I cut it , but when I pay 25$ I was hoping it would be cut, none of my 3 substitutions were right. And the pasta had no sauce...like really, none just noodles and chicken , onion , and bacon.. doubt I will order from here again, and it’s like the only place that delivers to my house lol.. oh well

This is an awesome Dominoes store and always gets my order to me hot and fresh. Great team, keep up the good work. :)

Every time I order online for carry out it’s a problem when I get there. I got a text saying my order was ready but when I get there 25 minutes after receiving the message it wasn’t ready. First time is bcz they lost my order this time because they cooked wings last. Makes no sense. They need to get someone in there that cares because customer service sucks as well

I sat and waited listening to the conversation of everyone in the back talking about getting back and fourth to a wedding and who's gonna be there and whatever else as I sit and wait for my food. There was nobody waiting and looking at their screen there is maybe 2 or 3 orders. I waited for almost 30 min

I like this store. I REALLY wish the app had a place to choose extra sauce and toppings for the pastas. Even a SPECIAL instructions place would be nice. I would LOVE to have mushrooms and extra marinara sauce added to my pasta oh and extra cheese!!

These guys(and gals) are great! Even before the domino’s delivery insurance they always take care when a mistake is made.They are always on top of customer service and we appreciate this location being close enough for delivery!

Food is very good and the drivers are very polite. The reason im only giving 3 stars is because every time I call its someone with a attitude. Is it a bunch of teenagers working there? Would be nice to have someone who answers the phone with some politeness and manners all Im saying .

If it weren't for location, we would choose another site. More times than not, customer service leaves much to be desired...as long as your expectation is a warm body to take your payment and hand you your order you'll be pleased. If you want even a smile, or hello, or the team member to lead the interaction in any way, find another Domino's (like the one on Jeff Rd north of Capshaw...they're always polite and lead the interaction). Also...the box is advertising "now hiring sharp team members" I hope they have the sharp ones cut the pizzas, the dull ones have been doing an abysmal job. Had to break out my own pizza cutter the past few orders. As far as food quality, it's Domino's. It's good. It's what we expect and why we return.

Worst dominos experience ever! Ordered the 19.99 carry out special. The pepperoni had no sauce or cheese on half of the pizza. The cinnamon twists were thin and overcooked. Customer service is lacking to say the least.

Great food, perfectly prepared. Quick and attentive service and bottomless coffee, perfect.

Good pizza. Fast delivery.. My only issue is that every single time I order mango habanero sauce, they give me ranch instead. America's best eyeglasses is a good glasses store. I suggest the employees go and get some, for they clearly cannot see.

Wont go here again this place is a joke had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get my food and the pizza is many hours old wouldn’t recommend

I keep trying to give. my business to this location. Tonight my order was one pizza. I placed my order at 7:51 my pizza went through quality check at 8:12. It is not 8:46 and nothing. The order before this was missing some of the items. I was told that I would be given some store credit, which was fine but that also never happened. Not living up to expectations and not following through with agreements made is not a way to run a successful business. When I called tonight nobody asked who I was or what I ordered I was just given a flat answer of it will be out soon. I will just take my business elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, always make my order great. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at the Pizza Hut in Ardmore but they’re the closest delivery place for pizza. I will drive the 12 minutes to dominos every single time from now on. We’ve eaten here several times and they’ve always gotten our order correct, and frankly the pizza is way better.

Was ignored at the drive up window.my order was already paid for. And should not have had to get out of my car to get service.

Liked the old style pizza crust better. You should at least give people a choice.

We have had on and off issues with Pizza not having the extra cheese on it after we have paid for it. But tonight we we ordered dessert, too. The cinnamon twists. Well, we specified icing with this dessert and we did not receive icing. I called to let them know and the lady that answers would barely speak into the phone and then tell me that she cannot hear me. So I start to repeat myself, well then she says again, “ I cannot hear you”. So I tell her again. We just had a delivery and we did not have any icing in our cinnamon twist dessert box. She proceeds to tell me how that can happen if they are really busy or if their wash is backed up and people are helping out. Obviously, I noticed this was a complete waste of time, I kindly tell her thank you for you assistance. She said ok bye.

I have always had a good experience with timeliness and quality of the pizza. I am concerned however that twice in the last two weeks when I have gone to the restaurant, the employees while wearing masks are not pulling them up over their noses. None of them that I saw yesterday when I picked up my pizza around 6:30 were wearing their masks properly. The first time I said something to the young lady at the window and she informed me that she could not breathe with the mask. The second time I had decided to report them to the health authorities but decided that the fairer thing would be to give the owner/managers an opportunity to correct the problem. I know that there are varying opinions about wearing the mask, but the law and respect for customers who may have varying degrees of concerns should dictate wearing the mask properly at all times.

This location is the best when ordering takeout. My order is always correct, the physical appearance of my food is always @ 100%. I never have a issue.

Good pizza, clean restaurant fast service. The manager Melissa is awesome. always quality service.

Food is decent but need an adult manager. Every time we go in there are teenagers running around everywhere. Dont mind teenage folks earning and learning but they have no work skills they are inappropriate and non attentive. Owner needs to do something and change the way they operate. Good luck being long term this is much like the old pizza hut in Ardmore. Gave 2 just becuase the service sucks.
